Is there a min or max investment value?
It depends on the property and project. We do our best to go no more than 1~2 investors per project (max 3). If it’s a large commercial project, then naturally that will require a higher investment, than a smaller buy-to-let refurbishment. We evaluate each opportunity on its own merits.
