What happens after I submit an enquiry?

How quickly can you complete?

Do I have to pay any fees?

What types of property do you buy?

Investing.
What opportunities do you offer investors?
Deal sourcing (we find, you buy OR make a request and we go find the deal) and joint venture partnerships (we invest together). We may use different structures depending on the project. Click here for an investor application.
What's the minimum investment?
From approximately Β£30k upwards, depending on the deal. We limit the number of investors to as few as possible per project, usually 1 or 2, max 3 – get in touch and we’ll match you with suitable opportunities. Click here for an investor application.

How involved do I need to be?

Are you an estate agent?
No. We’re property developers, and also provide deal sourcing services. We buy properties or connect sellers with investors in our network. We do not have any public listings. Get in touch and we’ll answer any other questions.
Do you work with other deal sourcers?

General.
Is there a min or max investment value?
It depends on the property and project. We do our best to go no more than 1~2 investors per project (max 3). If it’s a large commercial project, then naturally that will require a higher investment, than a smaller buy-to-let refurbishment. We evaluate each opportunity on its own merits. Are there any properties you won't consider?
We’re open to almost all property opportunities. Some require more care than others, such as listed buildings, but we don’t rule them out. If you’re unsure, get in touch and let’s talk.
Do you offer financial or legal advice?

Our operations are based out of Birmingham, however we are active all over the UK. We do not limit ourselves to where we find properties as the people we work with are able to assist anywhere.
