Virtual Assistant Job Description

This is an ongoing, remote Virtual Assistant job role at Let’s Get PROPERTY. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient virtual assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle various administrative tasks remotely and independently, support and training will be provided, and continuous professional development will also be provided as the role develops.

This is a remote position but a hybrid solution can be arranged if preferred. Hence excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with creative problem solving to client requests are essential. We prioritise finding solutions in all scenarios.

Virtual Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Assist with booking and scheduling viewings / appointments.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organisation, and record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Virtual Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and confident learning new online tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience in property / real estate or property management is a plus.
